La Résidence is a white villa from the colonial era on the corner of Avenue Ahmed Lyazidi and Avenue Abdelkrim Benjelloun. Behind the gate: a lawn under tall palms, a pool against a stone wall, salons full of pictures and chandeliers, and six rooms, from an 18 m² double to a 90 m² suite with its own fireplace.
Breakfast is made in the house. Take one room, or the whole villa.

The villa stands back from the avenue in its own garden: stepped white volumes, rounded balconies, and along the garden front a long arcade of arched French windows looking onto the lawn.

Black-and-white marble, a white stair curving up on a red runner, and a chandelier to greet you.

Rooms to sit in
Downstairs, the house is a sequence of salons that every guest shares: a white salon under a crystal chandelier, a library of wooden shelves and velvet sofas, a Moroccan tea salon beneath a painted-beam ceiling, and a dining room with a marble fireplace.
IV · Breakfast
Breakfast in the coral room
Breakfast is homemade and halal: local specialities, fresh pastries, cheese and juice, served in a coral-walled room under a canopy of greenery, behind carved emerald doors.
They were super helpful and even prepared breakfast at 4am, before leaving for the airport. Also the bed is very comfortable.

Ask for the corner
The house is on the corner of Avenue Ahmed Lyazidi and Avenue Abdelkrim Benjelloun. The gates along these avenues look much alike, so give your driver the corner and the pin rather than the name.
